At poolgarten, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We understand that sometimes an item doesn’t meet your expectations, so if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help.
returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and all labels must be intact. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. You may receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to process the refund and credit it to your account. poolgarten will not be liable for any bank charges you incur during the refund process.
shipping costs for the return
The cost of return shipping will be covered by us once your return is accepted. We will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first being returned will not be accepted.
No restocking fees
There are no restocking fees for returns.
